Rosalie Barcinas has over 20 years of experience that span across multiple areas of Southern ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñEdison (SCE) and include policy development and advocacy, operations, external engagement, permitting for major infrastructure projects and land rights management. Her current position is serving as the Director of Electrification & Customer Services. In this position she oversees operations of the electric, water, and gas systems, special projects, and overall strategy for the long-term sustainability of the island operations. Rosalie also supports multiple Employee Resource Groups and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts across the company. Rosalie has a B.S. in mathematics from the ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñState University of Long Beach.
