Service Fees
Payment
The Community Clinic will collect fees for confirmed clients on the first day the service is offered. The secured CCCES Online Storefront is the preferred method of payment. If needed, the office will accept cash and checks (excluding third party). Checks should be made payable to "ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ."
***Please note counseling service requires an attendance minimum of 3 sessions excluding intake session***
Scholarships Offered
The Community Clinic for Counseling & Educational Services strives to make services easily accessible to individuals/families in financial need by providing scholarships (i.e., fee reductions). If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please review the following form and present necessary documentation to the Clinic staff for verification as soon as possible. Scholarships are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified of the status of your scholarship qualification as soon as the Clinic staff receives your qualifying documents. Please keep in mind that the Clinic may not be able to offer fee reductions to all clients. Fee reduction availability and amount varies from service to service.
Adult Individual and Youth Counseling is offered during the fall and the spring semesters at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.
Clinic Fee: $20 per session (sessions are approximately 55 minutes - 1 hour).
The initial intake session is provided free of charge. After the initial intake session, the Clinic requires that the first 3 sessions be paid in advance ($60). Sessions may be paid on a weekly basis after the initial intake.
The Academic Intervention clinic is offered during the fall and spring semesters at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.
Clinic Fee: $350 (one time fee)
The clinic offers 2 sessions per week (one-to-one sessions are approximately 55 minutes to 1 hour) targeting reading or math intervention. The clinic runs for approximately 10-12 weeks and includes a final parent meeting and written report.
*Fee reduction scholarships are available for low-income families who qualify.
The Psychoeducational Assessment clinic is offered once per year during the spring semester at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.
Clinic Fee: $500 (one time fee)
The Psychoeducational Assessment clinic offers 1 session per week (one-to-one sessions are approximately 55 minutes to 1 hour) assessing adolescents aged 6-18 years. The clinic runs for approximately 6-8 weeks and includes a final parent meeting and written report.
