Stress Less workshop

The Stress Less workshop is a free, one hour workshop that can be either in person or virtual. To schedule an appointment, or for more information, please email wellness@csulb.edu or call 562-985-4771.

This interactive workshop will help the student understand stress and how to manage it for greater benefits; identify current coping techniques and learn new ways to manage stress and the effects on the body, mind, and spirit. ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ will leave the workshop with identifiable goals to thrive in college.
